We are getting close! The excitement is brewing!!
But it's a toss up between the excitement for the new baby and Christmas!
This year it's been fun to be "secret agent's" as Kate says and do the 12 days of Christmas along with another friend to an elderly neighbor. We talked to the girls about how sometimes people are lonely or maybe they don't have much, or maybe we just want to surprise them for fun. We are also being given to for the 12 days and kate and Emily are so excited!! It's been so fun to feel the giving and getting excitement! But Kate said the other day... "They must think we don't have anything much or something!" I guess that's all she was thinking when we talked about it. It was funny!
Oh - FYI -This year we'll be sending out our Christmas cards late - they'll be new years cards and they will have our WHOLE family in them. I just felt strange sending out cards with just the 4 of us when 3 days after Christmas there will be 5!

How exciting! You don't have very long left! I think it's a great idea to do New Year's cards instead. And what a good lesson for your girls to learn in being "secret agents". We've been doing the same thing in our ward & the kids love it! Good luck with the next week or so!
