Lindsey's 8 months Old!!

This baby wants to crawl!!

Here she is showing us her Yoga Moves

I think this is the "Plank Pose"
Here's the "Cobra!'
Lindsey is so fun!  She babbles and screams, plays, scoots and is just all around a joy!  She says: Dadadada, and I've heard her say Mama once or twice.
And she definitely loves being big enough to sit up and play with her toys!  She's just adorable!

FHE in our Hot Tub!

Enjoying her first otter pop!  She LOVED it!

Little Beauties!

My Sister is a professional photographer also, and while we were in Cali (see the next post) She took my girls (and Danielle's) pictures.  They turned out so cute!

3 Sisters!

Danielle is 10 now, and getting more beautiful all the time! We are so glad to live so close to her and her family!

California Adventure

No, not Disneyland!  But still an adventure!  We went to California at the beginning of August to visit my Sister Rebecca and we had such a GREAT trip!  Ryan, unfortunately had to stay here and work. So we missed him terribly! (We also brought Danielle along too, since she was off track!)
here are a few highlights:
SIX FLAGS!  Can I just say, I WISH Lagoon was a Six Flags! I didn't know that there were so many things to do!  Rides, Animals, water fun, Animal Shows including Whales & Dolphins, Cotton Candy / popcorn buckets :)... the fun was endless!!

The first thing we did was go to the Shuka Show!  Shuka is a huge Orka Whale that knows how to SPLASH!  We sat in the splash zone and um... got a tad more than a "splash!"  we got SOAKED!  It was so cool, Kate and Emily had never seen any kind of Animal show so they were SO excited!
Then after playing on some of the kiddie rides & splashed in the water a little, Kate got to Ride a real ELEPHANT!  Her name was Tava, and she got to ride it with Danielle and Macey.

Later we went to see the Dolphin as we watched the show we ate a big bucket of Popcorn, Kate all the sudden realized she was chewing on her tooth, not a piece of popcorn! "I lost my tooth!" Oh... the excitement! Rebecca took the first two pictures seconds after she lost it!

Then Rebecca showed her the pictures...
"Ahh..." (sobing) "I look funny, I don't want to lose my tooth!" Oh... the horror! After realizing what she looked like and seeing / tasting the blood!
Priceless!  It's a memory that she'll always have of Losing her first tooth while watching the Dolphin show at Six Flags in California! :)
Here are some of us with cotton candy mouth, not to be confused with cotton mouth! At Six Flags they have this great deal, $10 for a bucket  and drink... both are refillable a day long, with the bucket you can choose Popcorn or Cotton Candy.  Braden and Trevor made it their personal mission to get each person at least 3 bags.  Man did we have our Fill!

At the end of the day Rebecca and I went and rode on the Medusa ride while Braden (17) and Trevor (14) watched the kids and took them on the Cobra.
This is Medusa -not the Cobra ride Kate went on. :)
Medusa was SO scary for the first drop and then it was SO MUCH FUN!  I was actually thinking, I can't believe how much fun I am having instead of absolutlely hating it!  I went on it 4 times.  I felt like a kid again, it was so great to spend some all out fun time with my sister, even if it was just for the last half hour until the park closed.

What a fun day!  I would have loved to wake up the next day and do it all over again!
The other big highlight was going to Bridgeport!
We met my brother Dave there, he's from Reno, it was so great to see him and his kids too!!
This is one of my Sister's families Favorite places to go! It's one of our favorite places to go now too!  The water is warm, and crystal clear!  With some rocks to jump off of and smooth ones to slide down!  If you are ever in northern Cali. you have to go!
Lindsey just LOVED sitting and splashing!

And because we felt like we needed more swimming time, we went to the pool also.  Emily was so cute in the goggles that I couldn't stop snapping pictures!

Kate did amazing, watching this just makes me proud. She worked so hard!

Emily's fav. part was ring around the rosies! One of her best friends Jack was also in her class, that's who the other kid is in this video.

Catching up on July...

We had a fun time in July! Let's see: Dress up like cows for FREE Chicken! Swim lessons, swim lessons and more swim lessons. 4th of July at the fair, and lots of face painting!

here are the cousins at Kearns fitness center swimming!

Emily & Kate did amazing in swimming lessons... see video's for proof. :)

4th of July watching Fireworks with Nanna and Grandpa

They rode a couple rides at the West Jordan Stampede. I had a booth there with my books.

We went to Logan for Matt's farewell and My Mom brought her little dog she got named Chloe that is SUPER cute and pretty tiny! The girls love her and every time they say prayer... I mean every time...they "bless Chloe to keep Grandma company."

Here is Kate in the Days of 47 Youth Parade. Our stake had a float so we got to walk in the parade. Our float was a replica of the Oquirrh Mtn. temple.
