Disneyland!!!!!!

So this post actually starts out in the end of March!  We decided about 3 weeks prior to going that we could somehow make a way to go to Disney Land the same time Anita and her family were going to be there.  We have been really strapped but a few things fell into place and it just worked out - we figured if it wasn't now... it may not be ever! (well - not EVER -but you know what I mean!)
Also, we had gotten in on the tail end of the Disney Give a Day - Get a Day program where you could do service and they would give you a ticket to the park for 1 day!  So we only had to pay for 1 of the 2 days!
For our service we collected stuffed Animals and donated them to an Indian Reservation.  The kids had no clue why in the world we had SO many stuffed Animals!! (Thanks to those who helped... Hollie!:)

We decided not to tell Kate & Emily that we were going until the Morning we left!  It was really hard to keep the secret, but what a surprise it was!
We woke them up super early - like 5:30am and sat them on the couch - they were confused and half asleep... we told them......without the huge screams of excitement we were hoping for. Emily thought we woke them up to tell her not to Pee in her bed! lol!

But they were super excited, we could tell! And Later in the car is when the excitement came out!
We stopped off in Vegas and took a trip into the MnM Factory - the kids thought that was super cool!
EM

We got to the Hotel and the girls changed into their cute new Night Gowns! Too Cute!
Then the next day was..... Magical!

Here is a slide show of our vacation I'll highlight all of the events too!

When we saw Aladin and Jasmine Emily was soaking it up!  She told Jasmine: "I have a doll of you!" And Aladin said: "She's quite the doll in real life too!"  and she blushes!
It was so "disney-ish" but  super cute!

March 2010

This month we had Emily's Birthday (Feb 27th - was her actual b-day)
She has said for months that she wanted a "Pony Party" and as it came closer I was trying to find out if she wanted a cowgirl party or what?? When as soon as I mentioned Unicorn... she was set.  It HAD to be a "Magical Unicorn Party - with a Rainbow!"  So that's what she got!  it was really fun and we had our first(surprisingly) Pinata ever!
All the kids got to decorate their own Unicorn Horn and we read a book about Unicorns!
We started out with "breakfast in Bed" Half a bagel and choc. milk! :)

She is so happy to be 4!  And the cake was a hit!

Here are the kids in their Unicorn Horns  -  so cute!!
And the Pinata! I wish I could put all the pictures of all the kids on here, they were so funny!
Jack was WAY into hitting that Unicorn!! :)

In February Emily also learned how to do an "air flip"  that's what she calls it - basically a flip without hands!  I was shocked when she started doing it!  Kate was wondering why she couldn't!  Emily just doesn't have any fear!  Kate knows that she could break her neck out there so she's cautious.

February 2010

February was a busy month - Mostly taken up by my first Book fair and cake decorating!
This was the Cake I made for Hayden's B-day and it was the one to really spur my newest found intrest - Cake decorating! (See my Blog: http://cakeadoration.blogspot.com/ )
We had Emily's "family party" for her 4th B-day and she wanted an Ariel cake.

Then of course there was Valentines day in Feb. and Emily also got a Rose! You guessed it.... Jack Jack! :)
Here is a pic that Randi - Jack's Mom took of them rehearsing for their wedding day while playing at Jacks house! These two constantly talk about marrying each other.... a little soon, I know! :)
One "warm" February day at the park with Aunt Anita!

Little Lindsey's 1 Now

We love this little girl so much around here!  She is so fun! (Ok... other than being up with her from 2:30 -5:30, but a Mom's gotta do what a Mom's gotta do right!? ) She has been working on getting her 2 top front teeth and it's been killing us both!
Anywho... we went to the Zoo lights on her birthday - and this last week we had a small birthday party for her - ya can't just skip the 1 year old eating her cake bit... so I had to! :)
Here is the little video of her enjoying her first birthday song... "why is everyone looking at me and singing!?" (starts out dark but then we turned the light on)
Click here (and then hit the "back" button to come back to our blog)

Here are some pictures too... enjoy!

Here is Lindsey at the FREAKING FREEZING ZOO!  Still we could tell she was having fun because she was kicking her legs and saying: gabla blagla agla and blowing surberts.

Since her first word was "meow" (actually I think all 3 of my girls' first word was Meow - I guess that's what happens when you have a Cat that babies are fascinated with!)
And since she is the only one of my kids who doesn't pay much attention to TV we chose a Kitty Party.

What a Cutie Pie right?!

Cousins!  They Look the same age but are actually 2 months apart... which one is older?  In this picture you can't tell! :)  (Answer: Lindsey)

Here is what Lindsey does every time she get's to play with Anita's iPhone.  She lays on her tummy and taps one foot!  She's already our tech-savvy kid!

Anita and her family came and they gave her a super cute Build a bear Kitty!  It's so soft... someday soon Lindsey will adore it, right now she is too busy playing with the hanger and the box! :)

She looks a little Nervous! There is a flame coming out of my Kitty Cake?!

YUMMY FROSTING!!

She didn't want anything to do with a piece of the cake.  She just wanted to eat the frosting! She'd spit the cake out if he got a piece in her mouth!

Got Milk?  Ya gotta have a swig of milk after all that sweetness! :)

Here's the cupcake Kate was eyeing all evening!
Too Cute!
