Hey, I am thinking about starting a "Biggest Loser" Blog and everyone can enter weight Loss or weight gain - anonymously if you wish - each week. We can keep each other pumped up!
But how would we get motivated (ex. some people do the "everyone throws money in the pot" thing... but I don't think that would work with this. Give me your ideas and let me know if you want to participate.

I'm interested, but I don't necessarily need to lose weight, I just need to get in shape. I'm at a good weight (I'd like to be 5 lbs. lighter, but I'm not going to be picky!) but I desperately need to get in shape. So, I started exercising last week & if I did the blog thing, maybe I could just say how often I exercised? I don't know. I think it's a great idea though. I've thought of doing it myself, but I know I wouldn't see it through, so good job! Let me know if you do it!

I really wish I could join in on this. But, being prego and all...
Last year Kmart had a competition where you weighed in every other week. They gave you prizes if you lost 2 pounds every two weeks. The grand prize winner won a bunch of money (I think 10 or 20 thousand). You had to take a before and after picture. You were judged on weight loss, your picture difference and an essay. It was fun and free and I lost 30 pounds doing it. I don't think they are doing it this year. Good luck with your contest!
